「第3回JPFA植物工場国際シンポジウム(ISPF2026)」には、国内外20か国以上から約200名の皆様にご参加いただき、植物工場の現状、技術革新、そして未来の可能性について活発な意見交換が行われ、盛況裡に開催することができました。ご参加ならびにご協力いただいた皆様に心より御礼申し上げます。
本シンポジウムでは、食料・環境・エネルギー・資源・健康・生活の質など幅広い課題に対し、植物工場がどのように貢献できるかを多角的に議論いたしました。研究から産業への展開、経済性や環境負荷への課題、食料安全保障への寄与に加え、医薬品・機能性成分などの次世代バイオ生産プラットフォームとしての可能性、さらには食・健康・医療・都市・宇宙をつなぐ新たなエコシステムの創出など、未来に向けた多様な視点が共有されました。
千葉大学のご協力および農林水産省、外務省、千葉県、柏市からのご後援は、行政・アカデミアからの植物工場への強い関心と期待を示すものであり、今後も皆様、行政・アカデミア・植物工場業界と一丸となり、国内外の研究や交流促進に努めてまいります。
次回、第４回JPFA植物工場国際シンポジウムは2028年2月28日-29日に開催予定です。また皆様とお会いできること楽しみにしております。
We are pleased to share that the Third JPFA International Symposium on Plant Factory (ISPF2026) successfully concluded on August 31- September 1, 2026 at the Kashiwanoha Conference Center.
Approximately 200 participants from over 20 countries joined us to explore the latest innovations, challenges, and future opportunities in plant factories. The energy throughout the two days was truly remarkable—thank you everyone who attended, presented, exhibited, or supported the event.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all distinguished guests, speakers, exhibitors, and participants. Your contributions made ISPF2026 an internationally diverse and vibrant forum for meaningful exchange.
From food security and environmental sustainability to next‑generation bio‑production and cross‑sector ecosystem development, ISPF2026 highlighted how plant factories can contribute to a more sustainable future.
We are grateful for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you again at future JPFA events, including the Fourth International Symposium on Plant Factory (ISPF2028) on February 28–29, 2028.
