   The Japan Plant Factory Association on Tuesday won an award of excellence of the Innovation Net Award 2020 (the ninth regional industrial support program awarding project) presented by the Innovation Initiative Network Japan.

   JPFA won the runner-up award for its initiative to enhance technologies for next-generation smart plant factories through industry-academia collaboration and to support global diffusion of such plant factories.

   JPFA understands that it has been highly praised for its activities undertaken with members and parties involved and that expectations are high for the expansion of its activities in the future.
