To KASHIWANOHA-CAMPUS STATION
From the Tokyo area, take the Tsukuba Express (TX) for Tsukuba / Moriya at Akihabara Station (JR) or at Kitasenjyu Station (JR Joban Line / Hibiya Subway Line / Tobu Line) to the Kashiwanoha-Campus Station. It is a 30 minutes train ride from Akihabara and 20 minutes ride from Kitasenjyu. From the Chiba and Saitama aria, take the Tsukuba Express (TX) for Tsukuba / Moriya at Minami-Nagareyama Station. The Kashiwanoha-Campus Station is a 10 minutes ride from Minami-Nagareyama Station.
The TX runs every 5 minutes during commuting hours and every 10 minutes for the rest of the day. If you are on a rapid train, get off at Nagareyama-Otakanomori, and change to a local or semi-rapid train arriving at the same plarform (rapid trains do not stop at Kashiwanoha-Campus Station). Kashiwanoha-Campus Station is the next stop.
DIRECTIONS from KASHIWANOHA-CAMPUS STATION (TX)
When you exit from Kashiwanoha-Campus Station (only one exit), you can see the three-storied shopping mall“LALAPORTon the left. Go Straight along the street next to the mall for about 100 meters (330 feet) until you come to the crossroad with a traffic light. Alternatively, you can go through the mall from the station side entrance to the opposite side of the mall.
The main gate of the of the Center for Environment, Health and Field Sciences, Chiba University is across the street. After entering the main gate, turn right and go straight about 100 meters (330 feet) until you come to the green direction board. The office for Japan Plant Factory Association (JPFA) is on the 1st floor of the building at the right, with the orange sign board.
